Interested by the intricate relationships between humans, the inanimate and each other created through a family meal; my work delves into the nostalgic moments I shared with my parents. Their culinary background established my interests in functional and narrative household objects. My mixed cultural heritage has provided me with a sense of what it is about the 'notion' of home that defines me, giving me great joy in turning these memories into evocative physical manifestations
