Dazzle Exhibitions works out of PO Box 36, Cranbrook, Kent TN17 2DF and is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to our exhibitions and website at www.dazzle-exhibitions.com. Directors are Anton Gordon (MD) and Christine Bola. We work to the highest standards expected by GDPR rules and regulations. When you purchase something from one of our exhibitions, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.
Information we collect from you
When you visit, register or order products from Dazzle Exhibitions you may be asked to provide certain contact information about yourself including your name, email, postal address, phone number and credit or debit card information. We will never share any of these details with third parties. We do not store any credit/debit card details and each payment is handled through a secure payment gateway.
Use of your information
Your information will enable us to process your transaction and supply you with the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
Mailing List
We will always seek your permission to add you to our mailing list. This may be through entering your details using our sign up form, or in person at one of the Dazzle Exhibitions. If you subscribe to our mailing list you will receive a monthly newsletter by email to inform you about new products, promotions or special events and the occasional news about Dazzle Exhibitions. We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
Accessing and updating
