Artist's Statement
“Wall to Wall’’ – her new, graphic and vibrant collection of contemporary jewellery, is inspired by her photography of urban landscapes and graffiti, and the marks, textures and colours that can be found within them. To construct her pieces, Emma creates unusual compositions in Photoshop from her photography, which she develops into ceramic decal transfers. These are then fired on top of prepared enamelled, steel pieces and are set into sterling silver backings with claws.
