Artist's Statement
Inspired by details and patterns in nature, Straussberg extracts these forms and creates strong and elegant designs. Sarah Straussberg graduated from Brighton University in 2011 with a BA (Hons) in 3D Materials Practice. Her interest and passion for sculpture is transparent in her jewellery designs, showcasing small sculptural and considered forms.
Straussberg uses Sterling silver and 18Ct Gold Vermeil. In some pieces black resin is also used, creating a sealed form.
